I began my career in the Distribution Line industry in 2008 as an Apprentice Lineman. I worked toward successfully becoming a Journeyman Lineman where I gained skills in reconducting, troubleshooting, new construction. I became a Distribution Crew Leader in 2018, in this role I worked directly under the Supervisor to manage and run a crew to complete new construction and maintenance on the distribution system. I was responsible for the safety, productivity, and training needs of my crew members. Currently I am the Distribution Supervisor. In this role I plan, organize, and schedule all distribution work in my respective area. I work directly with the crews, engineering, and customers to complete jobs safely and efficiently. I help my employees to develop and grow in their current positions while supporting them with development that could lead to new positions in the future.
