5 years of manufacturing experience within a variety of different positions to broaden my experience. Started as an assembler, worked my way up to production supervisor. Along the way, I learned production line leading, quality control, inventory managing, and shipping/receiving. I believe that fully understanding all the inner workings of an entire facility is more important than just understanding your own personal role. This has allowed me to help improve processes throughout facilities, while also maintaining and improving my own department.I have worked with multiple mrp/erp systems in multiple departments, specializing in their different functions, from managing time-based release schedule of work orders/materials, to managing scrap for replacements and spotting trends toprevent future scrap. I have also worked with engineering and quality managers to determine why scrap occurs and written reports/case analysis to fix these problems at the source.I have inventory control experience for multiple facilities in large scale warehouses, with forklift certification. From cycle counting to end of year inventory verification, also working with quality on non conforming parts to cycle them out of inventory and contact the proper vendor for replacements/reimbursement.I have experience in many different aspects of production/factory environments. I would like to hone my skills and resume work as a production supervisor, assisting management whenever needed and move up to manage later down the line.
