After working on President Donald Trump's re-election campaign in Arizona for over a year, Cale was selected by the Republican National Committee to join the largest grassroots campaign in Georgia history to support U.S. Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler ahead of the historic runoff election in January 2021.

As a Regional Field Director on the Trump Victory campaign, Cale managed two field offices and a staff of eight field organizers after he was promoted in April 2019 from his initial role as a field organizer based in Central Phoenix/South Scottsdale. The results from the 2020 election showed support for all Republicans, including President Trump, increased throughout the vast majority of the South Phoenix region under Cale’s leadership.

Currently, he provides media strategy to such clients as the Association of Independent California Colleges and Universities (AICCU).
