• Accountable for the construction (system analysis, configuration, and quality) of Aon Hewitt's proprietary benefits system for both the Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) domains
• Create high-level analysis and approving all analysis, system configuration, technical documentation, and testing.
• Manage teams working on multiple Fortune 500 clients across an aligned domain
• Direct production reviews, sign off on the stability of all newly released projects into production, and complete a transition to operations for ongoing support

• Review analysis documents prepared by the Systems Analyst and configure the system to fix a system defect or complete a client request
• Complete high level testing to ensure no major defects are introduced into the code
• Execute test plans by identifying test participants and performing calculations for expected results
• Determine if configuration performs accurately, reflects requirements, and has zero negative impact to existing provisions
• Document defects when actual results do not meet expected results
• Analyze issues and debug the system when configuration is not producing expected results

• Manage the profitability of 12 million dollar pipeline, including several branches, through accurate reporting and database management
• Design and analyze reports from 3 distinct databases and integrated them into an executive summary
• Create rate sheet for 5 branches using a multi-page cross referenced Excel spreadsheet
• Facilitate training for new technology and product roll outs twice quarterly
• Teach all users streamlined workflows and data entry error resolution
• Introduce all new team members to web based loan management systems

• Call over 30 leads daily to clarify customer’s information and set appointments
• Qualify borrowers based on set financial criteria to determine most beneficial loan product
• Set 3 or more appointments per week to visit borrowers homes and originate loans
• Establish rapport with borrowers to gain trust and commitment as well as referrals
• Coordinate all aspects of the mortgage application and loan process with borrower and internal departments to secure purchase or refinance loans
• Build a network of realtors and builders to gain self-generated business
