Supply Analyst for the Pentair - Water division within Supplier Development. I conducted monthly reporting that revolves around OTD and PPM data for 44 Global Pentair Facilities. This information is used to rank our direct suppliers by performance. Our team implements RCCMs, Supplier Scorecards, and new processes to help correct internal issues. I conduct this analysis by site, commodity, and at buyer level detail.Projects : 2015 & 2016 Conflict Mineral Campaign, Country of Origin, and Asbestos compliance. Vendor Managed Inventory Scan Process : accurate OTD information. Revamped supplier selection / transition std work, develop and audit new Corrective Action Requests for our Quality Department through out Pentair facilities, engagement with our IT department to develop a Automated Scorecard for 13 Pentair facilities. Previously, I was the gate keeper for all price controls for 6 Pentair-Filtration and Process sites. Created mitigation plans to reduce inflation. Work with the strategic supply team to construct cost saving projects. Report out monthly supply metrics - economic purchase price variance - for each facility to the leadership team.
