Monitor compliance through incident reports on a 24-hour basis in order to report to necessary entities. Follow up with those entities on external investigations. Submit Major Unusual Incidents as required by state and local regulations. Track and review incident reports and restraints; identify areas for improvement and communicate such to program supervisors. Conduct weekly committee on physical restraint reduction. Organize data to identify produce possible trends in practice and offer solutions.Assist in preparations for CARF accreditation surveys and Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services reviews. Monitor program compliance with standards on an ongoing basis.Monitor access times , peer review, practice audit and satisfaction survey measurements and ensure compliance with established benchmarks. Conduct practice management activities as requested and assist in identifying areas of improvement. Serve as Client Rights Officer for the Heritage of Hannah Neil. Investigate client rights complaints/greivances and recommend resolutions.
