• Led a 350 person team that established and maintained a dynamic supply chain providing logistics support to 3000 Marines in a complex, life threatening environment. • Oversaw hundreds of time-sensitive, complex projects that resulted in the safe elimination of explosive devices; improvement of 30 km of roads, delivery of tens of thousands of tons of supplies, and repair of hundreds of vehicles, thus ensuring the success of military operations and the free movement of civilians. • Transformed this organization in less than a year from fewer than 30 people in California to a fully trained and functional organization providing flawless logistics support in Al-Anbar Iraq.
