-I managed a team of 2-5 employees and instructors, strengthening the overall team system in place to help students achieve success. Coordinated weekly meetings, one-on-one sessions and open communication amongst the staff. This created a warm atmosphere and helped my team focus on customer service to enroll potential students to our school to help them obtain their Real Estate license in the state of Nevada. - I helped accelerate and simplify the transition of student records and testing documents into an online software database, eliminating unnecessary paperwork. Doing so reduced confusion and the lack of documentation to have accurate student enrollment records and final testing scores for the State. -Converted live classroom sessions to a fully online program due to Covid-19, utilizing my skills in organization and flexibility. Scheduled and coordinated classroom Zoom Sessions for the 90-hour Real Estate course by implementing safety measures and an online class reservation system. Updated PowerPoint slides and final exams to be viewed and taken online. Students were successfully able to continue their education through the online systems put in place.-Implemented a work from home system by using online websites to access phone calls, emails, work programs and documents. We were able to successfully run the school from home and had minimal interruption with the day to day tasks needing to be completed.

I worked for Wardley Real Estate, a brokerage office located in Henderson, Nevada. I was in charge of hundreds of Real Estate Agents for the firm, with a variety of duties. I updated agent files, was in charge of payments, scheduled open houses, planned company house tours and lunches, and conducted new agent orientations. I oversaw the office as a whole and directly worked with my Broker to run the office as professionally and smoothly as possible.

I worked in a multitude of positions throughout the company. I mainly work with the real estate school that we are affiliated with. I was in charge of recruiting new students, filing paperwork, admin and technical assistance, and marketing. I build and create relationships to help students on their journey to graduation.

I was in charge of booking hotels for training and preview meetings for my company. I researched different locations through the states to make reservations, book flights and assist in budgeting, negotiation situations and signing company contracts.

I worked in an order fulfillment warehouse that was shipped and sold through Amazon. I would receive large orders of merchandise and would scan and list pallets of different products, check the condition of the product and repackage them if necessary. From there I would have them listed to the clients Amazon accounts and shipped to the corresponding warehouses within the week.

I collect and report on local news stories and events to the public. I conduct interviews, attend events and transform them into live radio broadcasts. I cut, edit and produce stories for the station and have gained extensive experience in verbal communication and pronunciation.

I have conducted and planned various events for my school. I was able to gain experience in time management, budgeting, organization, communication and professionalism. I was in charge of contacting companies, advertising, writing, and fully executing events.

I completed my internship at this company under KID radio and was able to learn and grow immensely in many different areas. While I began the internship editing, writing and producing news for the stations anchors, I was also able to mix and edit tracks for the music station. Working with NexGen and Adobe Audition helped me understand using sound boards in more detail. As my internship came to a close I was able to continue working with KID radio by planning a community wide event. I am now in partnership with planning a touring event with Miss Southeastern Idaho and an anti-pornography organization called Fight the New Drug. The event will consist of touring the middle schools and high schools around southeastern Idaho where FTND will give a presentation about the harmful effects that pornography has on the brain. My responsibility was to partner with this platform and organize a presentation event that is more focused on the parents instead of the kids. I was in charge of finding sponsors, conducting meetings, venue location, merchandise agreements as well as technical set up and contracts.

The Las Vegas Fire Department hosted the 50th Anniversary of the Metro Fire Chief's Conference at Ceasar's Palace in Las Vegas. Metro Chiefs from all around the world came together to participate in classes, recreational activity and ceremonies.I was able to participate as the assistant to the event manager and learn the ropes of executing a professional event. The event lasted 6 days but years of planning was put into this effort.My responsibilities included editing websites, helping with promotional items, as well as keeping the registration segments up to date. Throughout my time there I was also given a wide range of tasks including basket making, attending meetings, reservation confirmations, hotel/sight touring, designing programs,communicating with volunteers and staffs, and getting forms and contracts approved.My main responsibility when the time of the event came was registration. Here I organized badges, lists, directions, maps, programs and developed a system that would help us be efficient and timely for check-ins. In addition to that I helped create welcome bags for the chiefs, which included a variety of items and party favors, welcoming them to Las Vegas.
