Carlos Alfaro is the Arizona State Director at ABIC where he manages Arizona’s state’s coalition of business and policy leaders, building coalitions to support Immigration reform efforts. In 2022 Carlos served as the campaign manager for the state-wide Yes on 308 campaign, Yeson308.org.Passed Proposition 308 in November 2022, getting over one million votes, Fundraising over $6 million to run a statewide ballot referendum, and mobilizing operations to successfully win the election.The direct benefit went to 3,600 students every year. The economic impact to benefit the state economy by over $28 million dollars a year.Created, fostered, and managed the broad, bipartisan coalition of business, elected, faith, and civil leaders to buy into the organization’s mission. This coalition is activated to take action on promoting our legislative/campaign goals.
