I’m a customer service maniac. Long before I became a REALTOR®, I built a business from scratch (Parts Canada) that became the largest and most successful company of its kind in Canada. I did it by constantly innovating with breakthrough customer service programs that astounded my clients.When I started in real estate, I studied what other agents did, and I asked hundreds of consumers what they wanted and weren’t getting. I learned the basics and then started putting my own spin on how to do things better, by adapting business concepts from my previous business life and from other unrelated industries.Within two years of getting my license, I was already one of the top RE/MAX agents in Canada. But it wasn’t about setting sales records for me. High volume doesn’t necessarily equal high quality. I continued to be laser-focused on delivering superior results to each individual client. For example, I was the first REALTOR® in Calgary to offer a FREE home staging consultation from a Certified Staging Professional for EVERY listing.Today, this is one of the numerous innovative programs that I've taken to a whole different level. (Call me to learn more!)In 2020, I started a new venture - Agent Skills - to teach other high-integrity agents how to deliver better results and far superior customer service to their clients. I now have over ten thousand agents who follow my blog, and hundreds who have taken my course and been able to dramatically improve results for their clients.I'm proud of being able to do my small part to improve the real estate industry in North America, as I continue to provide the highest possible level of service to my clients here in Calgary.
