Created and reviewed contracts to ensure completeness and accuracy in terms of scope, schedule, cost, engineering deliverables, construction deliverables and contract requirements. Led and successfully completed the CrossAlta integration budget and developed workload forecast for the SCO team. Facilitated and completed the Canadian SCO Reconciliation for 27 contracts with a combined value in the billions of dollars. Prepared and presented SCO Reconciliation summary for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) sign-off. Contract Analyst – Keystone Phase I Close Out Acted as the Lead Analyst on contract close-out and dispute resolution of claims totalling in excess of US$130MM. Reviewed and analyzed contracts for completeness in terms of scope, schedule, engineering and contract deliverables in relation to our respective claims. I also examined findings with members of the legal team including US and Canadian external counsel and prepared formalized responses on contractual issues.

Construction Management Team (CMT) Commercial Analyst I held the lead role in the audit of supply chain documents for compliance on diverse commercial factors and Construction Work Packages (CWP’s) for completeness in terms of scope, materials, and engineering deliverables. I negotiated and provided formalized responses to notices of claim and negotiated and back charged expenses to the general work contractors.SCMI was responsible for interfacing with seven interdepartmental managers and three directors to ensure timely delivery of packaged equipment, quick resolution of technical and commercial issues, and completion of the construction work package document deliverables before the equipment arrival. I was able to successfully deliver results for the client as measured through milestones and KPI’s.

Invited to attend the accreditation roundtable on an ongoing basis. As part of the round table I participated in the production and review of the revised curriculum (rebranded as SCMA). The participants included members from the private and public sectors.
