Serves as an experienced leader on the Assessment for Learning team, responsible for the development and delivery of products and services for partners. Leading technical assistance and supporting large-scale projects that expand and deepen student and teacher agency and equity.

Partnering with public and private education sector in strategic policy development, comprehensive program design, complex project management, cross-sector group facilitation and strategic planning. Content expertise: college and career readiness, secondary pathway design, proficiency / competency-based education, personalization, individual learning plans, work-based learning, and authentic assessment.

Engineered strategic redesign of state secondary school regulations and high school diploma requirements; designed and managed technical assistance to districts and schools related to personalization strategies, proficiency-based learning, work-based learning, and authentic learning experiences; mobilized strategic cross-sector partnerships in support of accelerating student achievement and success; lead cross-organizational teams to promote college and career readiness for all youth; and authored resources that advance statewide goals related to college and career readiness, personalization, proficiency-based education, and multiple pathways for secondary students.

Responsible for cross-organization coordination and implementation of the $75 million federal Race to the Top grant.
