* Assuming supervisor responsibil ities over technicians and interns for calibration department. Coordinate internal and external calibration services. Audited for internal and external audits.* Lead implementation of Calibration & Preventive maintenance system, test software validation, execution, new work instructions into quality system.* Calculation of measurement uncertainty and issuance of calibration certificates as per ISO/IEC17025:2017.

* Maintain calibration database for all internal instruments and monitor due dates, perform calibrations, and generate calibration paperwork.* To identify and develop of new calibration activities, methods, and equipment to enhance capabilities.* Working to the requirements of ISO9001, ISO/IEC17025. * Work with technical management and establish goals to expand internal calibration capabilities and establish scope approval.

* Provide training on Calibration and Measurement uncertainty internal and externally.* Setting controls to regulate factors, such as current flow, timing cycle, pressure, temperature, or vacuum, according to specifications, and activating calibration equipment* Maintain QA documents related to ISO/IEC: 17025 and perform ILC and develop Lab scope.

* Perform Calibration of Thermal instruments like RTD, SPRT, Thermocouples (s type, k type, j type, T type etc.), Temperature Transmitter, Temperature switch and Temperature gauges by Oil type temperature bath, dry block, and standard temperature sensor as per Calibration procedure.* Perform Calibration of Pressure measuring instruments like Pressure transmitter, pressure switch, Pressure gauge, Vacuum gauge by hydraulic and Pneumatic pressure pump with standard pressure gauge as per Calibration Procedure.*Perform Calibration of Flow and Level measuring instruments, transmitter, and switch.* Perform Calibration of Autoclave, HVAC system, Sterilizer, and mapping for warehouse.* Perform validation of instruments.
