Working with clients to turn their dream spaces into a reality using my construction background and design skills. My left and right brain are completely in sync to provide organization to projects meet deadline, develop and strengthen client relationships and provide excellent problem solving solutions. Full-service design duties including but not limited to: • Remodeling design, space planning and complete detail drawings for trades • Project management & scheduling for remodeling projects • Construction specifications and selections with clients • 3D computerized perspectives and sketches • Obtaining estimates from trades, resources and showrooms to meet client budget • Taking the lead on client meetings and presentations • Create punch-lists at project completion and finalize outstanding items • Provide training and guidance to new designers and interns • New construction specifications and design • Coordinate, design and specify materials for design projects • Create professional drawings, proposals, get estimates & present to clientsAdditional company roles: • Research + team integration/build out of all software to improve work flow and efficiencies • Oversee team members • Assist owner with business level decisions and strategies
