Handle technical escalations from various telecommunication carriers regarding equipment deployed in their network and troubleshoot the issue. Provide an in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of issues including escalation to engineering as required. Responsible for surveillance and monitoring of JMS, SMS, and PCF servers.Utilizing AceMan GUI to observe and monitor Samsung WSS, WBW, BSM, and BTS. Generate reports for any outages found during monitoring process.

Monitoring Verizon's IMS platform (HSS/CSCF, AAA/One-AAA, and One NDS servers. Hands-on experience with setting up SSH connection to network elements.
