Delivering projects in time budget and quality

- Actively gathering information on the customer and the customer's requirements/targets- Involves the customer in decision-making and provides regular information- Manages customer expectations and concludes the project to the satisfaction of the customer- Creates additional business opportunities out of the ongoing project- Actively involved in the bid phase, analyzing customer requirements and examining their technical feasibility and transfer ability into a bid- Ensuring that all planning elements (e.g. system structure, work breakdown structure, ... ) are included in the bid phase- Influencing formulation of the necessary contracts- Negotiating with stakeholders on Change Requests and incorporates them into contracts- Throughout project life cycle, identifies and assesses all risk factors utilizing available risk measurement tools- Devising suitable strategies for risk mitigation (elimination, reduction)- Implementing procedures for solving issues and problems (identification, analysis, actions and controlling) with all necessary internal and external partners- Identifying and minimizing non-conformance costs- Ensuring risk monitoring in all project phases- Throughout project life cycle identifying, assessing, and implementing all opportunities for improving results- Involving qualified subcontractors/partners in a timely manner- Rigorously monitoring the performance of the subcontractors/partners, conducting timely escalation (in the event of qualitative shortfalls and problems in cooperation) and, where there are any discrepancies, initiating timely suitable action- Identifying further opportunities for business with the partner(s)- Sets up and maintaining the Project Management Plan- Monitoring continuously the project status - Holding regular project status meetings and organizing acceptance of milestone work results- Documenting all work results according to the valid document management standards
