• Oversee all accounts payable actions for four separate properties and confirm audit trails are in place• Maintain accurate financial records, including proper allocation of expenses and monthly account reconciliation as well as quarter-end and year-end profit & loss review• Responsible for managing payroll process, including employee timecard maintenance and electronic submission of bi-weekly payroll• Maintain employee Learning Management System and develop training courses to ensure the Practice remains compliant year over year with ACO and MIPS requirements for maximum Medicare reimbursement• Manage credentialing for all nine staff physicians with appropriate insurance companies, including ensuring all state and federal licenses as well as hospital staff privileges remain current for each doctor• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees including benefits administration and oversee offboarding of terminated staff• Manage and collaborate with insurance agents to obtain annual quotes and employee benefit renewals and oversee any administrative issues in conjunction with insurance agent or carriers• Create and design internal and external digital and print marketing materials, organize and participate in internal and external marketing functions
