• I was the primary threshold (special) inspector for the company. My tasks included periodic inspections to ensure compliance with structural drawings and local building codes. The process involved observing construction while maintaining a daily log and responding to RFIs or change orders related to structural engineering. • In addition to my field duties, I also was involved in the engineering and design for projects which vary from single story private residences up to multi-story high rise condominiums or commercial developments. Relevant design experience includes timber construction, concrete masonry units, concrete tilt panels, steel design, precast concrete, deep foundation design (grade beams, precast piles, etc).

• Responsible for networking with potential clients to land new leads and projects as well as creating reports in response to requests for proposals. Lead creation was generally performed using Construction Journal, Bluebook, iSQft, and past client relations and networking. • Perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimation using construction documents to create a bid scope pursuant to the client’s needs. • Maintaining all plans, quantities, and pricing adjustments as needed per addendum or RFIs issued throughout construction administration.• During my tenure, I helped to bid and secure commercial and residential jobs that were multimillion dollar contracts. These included Hertz National Headquarters development, Gartner National Headquarters, and various large scale residential communities.
