Responsible for leading design/implementation teams to gather customer requirements, design system solutions, mentor peers, and communicate with product development and support to resolve issues and create product enhancements. Performed large-scale implementations by leading teams, as well performed smaller-scale one-person implementations. Participated in internal development efforts, focus groups and external user group conferences.* Design and implement enterprise systems for document publishing & management, workflow, rating & underwriting, policy administration, and customer relations management.* Create software development, deployment and migration plans* Create written documentation for solutions including technical specifications, diagrams and process flows, approaches, and estimates* Provide technical oversight projects, assuming architectural/design responsibility.* Utilize expertise to assist upper management in managing client expectations.* Work with Project Manager to ensure project resource control and maintain project scope.* Provide support for customers during software implementation.* Provide customized training and documentation to clients.* Provide project management and team oversight.* Assist management in staff development, tasks and objectives.* Use methodologies for software design and implementation.* Assist in sales efforts to secure license and services contracts by writing RFP responses, conducting fit assessments, and solution design meetings with prospective customers.
