Coordinated the career services team to insure that all graduates of the Institute of Audio Research were given the skills and opportunities to professionally enter the audio and music business workforce. Set goals, develop strategies and take measurable actions consistent with the school’s strategic plan to grow and maintain the school’s reputation for academic excellence. Responsibilities included job placement, making connections with new businesses to find entry level positions for recent graduates, event coordination, event production, project management, regulatory compliance, managing departmental budget, chair of IAR's Program Advisory Committee (PAC). The PAC allowed us to forge and maintain new partnerships with leaders of the industry and build a network of influencers to support the achievement of the school's strategic goals. Provided input and direction to the academic program leaders in course selection, teaching assignments, facility use and resource management.

Event producer of all school graduation ceremonies. 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 at the Apollo Theater and 2017 at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center. Organized every aspect of the events including talent booking, program arrangement, choosing award recipients, stage management, production management, venue booking, RFP's and contract negotiations. Worked closely with all commencement speakers on preparation and delivery of address. Speakers have included Alec Baldwin, Jack Douglas, DJ Kool Herc, J. Period and Hank Shocklee. Oversaw all aspects of booking and venue management for the Jack Douglas Music Hall at the Institute of Audio Research. Booking live music, theater, panel discussions, art shows, video shoots, and readings. Responsible for all talent booking. Managed all event budgets and negotiated all contracts and riders. Maintained the monthly event calendar. Responsible for all staffing including hiring live sound engineers, stage manager, social media manager, video editors, audio editors and security. Develops marketing plans for each designated event. This typically included video content (filming and editing), podcasts (recording and editing) and coordinating with the social media manager. Responsible for talent acquisition, staging and project management. Bookings included Talib Kweli, David Johansen, Lenny Kaye, Jay Messina, Jack Douglas, Blue Coop, iStandard panel events, Telefunken, PreSonus, Berhinger and more.
