As the Senior Operational Manager for Stores, I was charged with leading, managing and developing a team of operational specialists and managers. A short term secondment to project manage the first stage of the historic redevelopment of the Myer Melbourne City Store. I was primarily responsible to develop and ensure the on-time delivery of detailed project plan to exit the eight trading levels of the then Myer Bourke Street Store in preparation for it’s refurbishment.
