Born in Central Illinois and growing up in the Peoria-Bloomington area, I am a avid musician and love space. I graduated from Illinois Central College in their honors program with an associates in engineering science in 2022, with many thanks to the amazing professors there. I continued to pursue my passion for space through a major in aerospace engineering at Iowa State University, where I am a full time student.As part of Iowa State University's 'Make to Innovate' program, I’m involved with Space Co, where we’re researching cold welding applications for space construction. Space Co is a collaborative effort that includes research and lab members from across the nation. Our work is supported by NASA’s EPSCoR funding program and Iowa State University's Make to Innovate Program. We benefit from the expertise of subject matter experts from NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center, L'SPACE Academy at Arizona State University, and independent professionals who help guide our student-led research.I’m a firm believer in the importance of kindness and am always eager to help where I can.
