Managed the provision of supports and services to Marginalized women. Responsible for the day to day running of the community Drop In which included: food security programs, onsite medical Clinic and social/recreational activities.Supervised a team of 10 full-time and 20 relief staff members and provided support and advice to team members on case management issues and supporting of clients living with dual diagnoses of addictions and mental health issues associated with poverty.

Provide supports and services to marginalized women who use the Central and Outreach Satellite Drop Ins.
