I design and implement reading instruction for tier 3 students in grades K-5 based on individual needs. I execute district approved programs with fidelity, always striving to support students and their families with academic, social, and emotional needs. I sit on the MTSS team to collect and analyze student data, scheduling, and correspondence with all stakeholders. I work closely with teachers to provide tiered intervention support in the classroom.
