Leading a team of project engineers to engage on, scope, design and deliver $60m of work across the Princes Highway & Great Alpine Road in East Gippsland.

Working on the development of projects in East Gippsland, including community consultation, scoping, design management and detailed investigations in to services, cultural heritage and environmental concerns.Projects included:- The Dargo Road-Princes Highway intersection upgrade- McEachern St-Princes Highway intersection upgrade, including a 500 meter long duplication of the Princes Highway- Overtaking lanes on the Princes Highway between Bairnsdale and the NSW border.

Represented the interests of RRV and the integration of adjacent RRV works on the Jemmys Point Lookout upgrade working group.

Member of the working group charged with aiding the development and delivery of a new project management tool for the Department of Transport.

Managing a team of maintenance and scoping officers who deliver maintenance services across RRV’s western region.A key challenge of the position is managing a new team in a different region to my own remotely due to the COVID-19 situation.
