A Saint Paul resident since 1996, I moved here from New Mexico to address a 20 year battle with alcoholism and chemical dependency. I quickly identified helping others in recovery and being of service as a calling. In 1998, with 2 years of sobriety, I started my own business, Stepping Stones Supportive Services. Stepping Stones provides supportive, sober living for those in early recovery. I now own and operate 9 sober living homes with 85 beds total, for both men and women.In 2000, I began my 20 year career as a Captain at a large regional airline. I have flown several different types of jets as a Delta Connection, American Eagle, and most recently United Express pilot. I married my beautiful wife Lan in 2016, late in life, at the age of 54. Soon after, I adopted Ryan, our now 10 year old son from my wife's previous marriage. We live in Saint Paul with our new Boston terrier puppy named Lucy. I continue to explore opportunities for my own spiritual growth and ongoing recovery. Some of my other interests and passions include concerts, travel, and exercise.Now, with over 24 years clean and sober, I am leaving the airline business to pursue real estate full time. Being of service and being able to help others achieve their dreams and goals is my highest calling. Among my greatest attributes are passion, dedication, and commitment. These qualities, which I have successfully applied to my recovery, my airline career, and to building my business are what it takes to get the job done. I now bring these qualities to you, my future real estate clients. I look forward to helping you.
