I entered into the mortgage business in 2002 and worked for a mortgage broker for 3 years. I began my own brokerage in 2005 and opened a branch of Benchmark Mortgage. My branch received a top 10 producing branch award and another award as fastest growing branch in 2005 and 2006. In the spring of 2007 I earned a designation of a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS). To obtain this distinguished designation required countless hours of study in areas of economics, tax, financial planning, and advanced mortgage strategies. In my practice, I teach the consumer how to strategically use certain mortgage products to operate as an investment, rather than simply a debt obligation. As a CMPS Mortgage planner I strive to place each client into the best loan that can help him maximize his tax benefits while satisfying his mortgage needs. I strive to educate and inform my clients in order to assist them to make well reasoned and informed decisions regarding their mortgage. My clients should never look any where else for their changing mortgage needs.
