In 2012, Callee was living another life as an established singer songwriter, who had recorded her EP and debut album and signed with a Melbourne based booking agency. Making the move to Melbourne to immerse herself in its thriving music scene, Callee found herself joining Adecco as a Customer Care Consultant as a means to support her music career. However, soon after, she was promoted to Senior Consultant and couldn’t ignore her ongoing passion and natural ability for delivering superior customer service.In 2014, Callee accepted a role as a Recruitment Consultant supporting clients with temporary and permanent recruitment solutions. In 2017, Callee was promoted to Branch Manager for a newly established branch. Within 12 months, the branch and team had achieved significant growth and was the recipient of a number of awards.In 2019, Callee was selected as one of 32 colleagues globally to participate in the early in career ‘International Future Leadership Program’. Throughout this 18-month opportunity, her leadership skills were fast-tracked through extensive engagement with Adecco international colleagues and leaders and external subject matter experts. Following the successful completion of this program, Callee was offered the opportunity to lead the Australian business in our global program, PERFORM. Over two years, Callee successfully deployed PERFORM and achieved notable operational efficiency improvements. This led to her invitation to sit on the Adecco Senior Leadership Team as National Sales Operations Manager; and later, Head of Staffing where she was responsible for the Australian Branch network. Callee is passionate about leading change, driving process efficiencies and improvements and building a high performance culture through strong stakeholder relationships. In early 2020, Callee was supported to move back to Brisbane to be closer to her family network. For now, you will find her renovating her properties in QLD, playing her piano - singing at the top of her lungs and still performing the occasional gig. She’s a lover of good food and wine, real estate and her gorgeous poodle puppy, Betzee Rose.
