I work as a product manager for all metal valves in the advanced industrial applications division taking care of developing new products and customisations for nuclear fusion, accelerator and synchrotrons applications in US and RoW markets

For the Quantum Valley Lower Saxony (QVLS) research and industrial alliance that achieved 25 millions founding to build a 50 Q-bit quantum computer based on ion traps technology, I am responsible of the team performing experiments to assess material candidates for atomic chips and the Q-bit vacuum system. I also work in collaboration with DLR German Aerospace center performing simulations to design a miniaturised atom trap chamber demonstrator that could be the next generation clock for satellite navigation systems.

Managed activities for a $80k project coordinating designing and assembly operations for a novel experimental machine supporting Vacuum Surface & Coatings group.Participated regularly in LHC operations aimed at re-sealing the vacuum of the Large Hadron Collider after shutdowns.Analysed daily experimental data using Excel and Python delivering presentation weekly to an internal scientific committee.Performed mechanical design of vacuum & mechanical components using CAD.Performed manual assembly operations of vacuum components and electrical test using robotic tools.Delivered presentation to annual international conferences such as EVC and Cern Accelerator School

I worked for aerospace as manufacturing engineer for General Electric Avio Aero I carried out an Reorganised manufacturing activities driving process improvements with a team of 4 updating 60+ shot peening, tumbling and EDM procedures for civil and military turbines for General Electrics, Airbus, Pratt & Whitney & Rolls Royce.• Delivered weekly presentations on shot peening process design and improvement strategies working for GE9X engine, the front line for long-distance cruise planes. Made shot peening strategy 4 gears and developed a tool to harmonize design with process quality requirements.• Innovated 40+ manufacturing procedures developing equipment for gear box of CF6-80
