Hello. I am Chris Allen and proud to be the Managing Partner of Blacks Solicitors LLP. I have held that position since the Spring of 2008.Blacks is a long established medium size law firm in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We provide a wide range of legal services (including commercial, property and sports law) to owner managed businesses and individuals.I head up our Company/Commercial and Employment Law Departments.I am also a member of our Sports Law Department.Specialties: In relation to Company/Commercial matters my team specialise in management buy outs, acquisitions/restructures, contractual negotiations and drafting commercial agreements.In relation to Employment Law matters, my team specialise in advising on restructures, drafting and negotiating Compromise Agreements, drafting contracts of employment, and conducting Employment Tribunal proceedings.Our specialities are clear and understandable advice coupled with reasonable and transparent fees.
