In charge of Morgan Stanley Investment Management's website experience, with financial advisors as primary audience. This is a global website, which has multiple roles/languages and content being updated regularly. Also, compiling a common design language for better scalability and consistency.

At Fuse, I was pushed to my limits as the first Senior UX Designer to join under their new Director of UX. I was thrown in to cover all aspects: from doing field research, to preparing in-person usability testing, to coming up with polished visuals on the fly to present to various stakeholders. Juggling multiple priorities and validating product ideas were daily expectations.

At JPMorgan, I experienced what it was like UX Designer to be on a larger UX team. I learned how complicated decision-making could be and what senior stakeholders expected. I realized how much selling and education is needed to win people over. I made the most of limited tools and became accustomed to doing quick 20 min usability tests over the phone.

At a local agency called CLUTCH, I learned to flex foundational skills (such as personas, competitor benchmarking, card sorting, wireframes, user flows) and delivered specs in a timely manner to the visual design team & developers. At the time, it was ground-breaking that we had created a responsive website and that an agency had its own UX function.
