Callie is an accomplished individual with a diverse background spanning architecture, engineering, and design. Holding a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a minor in interior design from the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture + Design, along with a prior experience in Biomedical Engineering, Callie brings a unique blend of technical prowess and creative flair to her endeavors.As a dynamic professional with a passion for design she excels as a technical designer for Gensler. She is an integral member of design teams specializing in life science and workplace design. Her role encompasses guiding projects in the early concept and schematic phase, to executing those findings in design development and construction drawings. She has taken a project from its initial marketing renderings to built-completion, with her leadership extending to overseeing the final photography. Callie demonstrates a unique versatility, comfortably transitioning from intricate interior details to monumental campus projects spanning over a million square feet. During Callie's time at WDD Architects, while in college, she excelled as an architecture intern, playing a pivotal role within the design team during the schematic design phase. Callie’s contributions included crafting initial design presentations for clients, assembling drawing sets, and creating captivating marketing graphics. Beyond design tasks, she took charge of managing the firm's social media presence, curating engaging content that highlighted the firm's innovative projects. A series of accolades punctuate Callie's academic journey, including recognition as a finalist in the IDES Competition in August 2019, a two-time finalist in the Super Jury Competition both in December 2020 and May 2021, and the prestigious John G.
