Representative and ambassador of Carleton Univeristy, promoting its programs and services to prospective students.

Transition support for students, welcoming them back to Carleton’s campus.

Responsibe for the supervision of on shift cashiers and assisted in training. Fulfilled and exceeded customer satisfaction goals in a consistant manner. Assisted store guests with all client concerns, including replancement, refunds and returns.

Facilitated and chaired the Board of Directors meetings, allowing all Trustees to engage in debate and decision making on matters of import for CUSA’s $7 million per year not for profit corporate activities. Created and implemented an outreach plan to garner volunteer for Fall Orientation. Consulted and worked with campus stakeholders to transition and create virtual programming to introduce first year students to Carleton. Created and implemented the training program for 400 volunteers with a focus on safety, EDI, and support and services.
