Callie Y. Kim Email and Phone Number
Having lived in Switzerland, Taiwan, and the U.S., I’ve experienced firsthand how diverse communities can shape transformational change. This belief in the power of collaboration inspired me to establish Waban Impact — a social impact consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations develop ESG strategies with measurable impact and local relevance and champion the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).Since the launch in January 2024, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with clients across the U.S., Taiwan, Israel, and Mongolia, helping them bring their visions to life. My work has been featured in leading publications such as the Financial Times and Thrive Global. I’m also a frequent speaker on topics related to social capital, board leadership, and impact entrepreneurship at esteemed institutions such as Accenture, Wellesley College, and The New School. In my spare time, I connect corporate talent with nonprofit board roles, empowering professionals to develop leadership skills and contribute to diverse, effective governance. I also serve on the boards of the Wellesley College Asian Alumnae Alliance and the 50/50 Women on Boards Chicago Leadership Committee. I hold a joint B.A./M.A. from Wellesley College and L'Institut de Hautes Etudes Internationales et du Développement, and I’m a fellow of the Madeleine Korbel Albright Institute for Global Affairs. To book a call with me to learn how I can help your organization, visit https://calendly.com/hello-wabanimpact/30min
