Assist patrons with the amenities in the library: printing, locating and checking out books, borrowing media equipment, etc. Reshelve books and other materials. Provide excellent customer service.

Call prospective junior and senior high school students. Encourage students to visit and apply to the university. Relay student needs to the admission staff. Build relationships with students and utilize interpersonal communication skills.

Observed one-on-one sessions, as professionals provided high-quality therapy in hopes of helping children thrive. Learned from many different professionals, including mental health therapists, speech therapists, feeding therapists, occupational therapists, and nutritional counselors.
