- Engage with visitors and guide them through behavioral studies at Booth’s interactive lab/museum, Mindworks- Provide general lab support such as recruiting participants, assisting with events, troubleshooting studies, etc.

- Check out equipment to University affiliates from the UChicago Logan Media Center equipment cage, answer customer inquiries about media center operations and items- Support media center projects including creating orientation videos and equipment guides for users, labeling and taking inventory of equipment, etc.

- Developed and implemented a system to match over 400 pre-service teachers and mentors for their upcoming training year; system was based on the NRMP algorithm for medical school residency- Answered hundreds of teacher questions over email/phone to ensure each individual was matched successfully- Analyzed CPS data to determine if teacher training sites were located at high-needs schools with teacher vacancies

- Conducted market research to gain a better operational understanding of competing companies and products- Developed marketing materials for Brand Empathy product, including the product name/logo, slide decks to be used in pitches to clients, and website designs

- Ran social media for the mental health non-profit LOLK, edited eye-catching graphics for posts, reels, & stories- Collaborated to conceptualize LOLK’s 9-week rebranding campaign including challenges, giveaways, polls, etc.- Tracked Facebook and Instagram analytics to determine what types of posts would receive the most engagement, greatly increased engagement through introduction of reels and expansion of follower base

- Taught debate, public speaking, and social-emotional learning skills to elementary and middle school classes ranging from 5-25 students across three different Chicago schools- Designed creative and entertaining lesson plans/activities as part of the curriculum content team, including the construction of Canva slideshows, lesson guides, and scavenger hunts for summer programs

- Developed and refined methodological skill set through coursework, intensive methods workshop series, and experience as a research assistant to a UChicago faculty member- Coded participant gestures from visual recordings using ELAN, collaborated with fellow RAs to reconcile results

- Composed and edited weekly articles (17 total) about a variety of topics related to psychology, media, and pop culture- Discussed fellow writers’ work and gave/received feedback at weekly staff meetings

- Led campers in virtual community service activities, icebreakers, and games; documented the process using Google Sites- Researched local community service organizations and created/delivered presentations on said organizations- Assembled supply kits for community service activities to be sent out to campers weekly
