Receptionist
Current- Professionally handle all incoming phone calls and inquiries for the PPK Office.
- Extend a warm welcome to the team, clients, vendors, and visitors that enter the building.
- Collaborate with various teams to prepare conference rooms for scheduled meetings.
- Oversee internal controls, maintain office tidiness, manage office supplies, and handle mail deliveries.
- Administer stock image and media purchases, as well as oversee transactions on the Amazon Business account.
- Address service requests efficiently and provide support with printing, scanning, organization, and technical issues.
