• Interfaced and coordinated with but not limited to architects, owner representatives, subcontractors, suppliers.
• Developed, tracked and managed RFI, Submittal and Change Order Logs.
• Oversaw and managed subcontractors and labors onsite to ensure they were on schedule and under budget.

• Worked as a key part of the Proposal Team to develop highly competitive construction project bids.
• Was responsible for defining the scope of work, quantity take-offs, preliminary estimates, developing proposals, updating and maintaining cost and quantity figures, supplier interface, and proposal evaluation.
