I am the head of the IT department at Stanbridge University Alhambra Campus, I report to the IT Department Director based at the Irvine Campus. My duties include but are not limited to.-Manage User Accounts in the following.-Set up new devices based on Staff's department needs.-Support calls assistance using Screen Connect technology for device remote access.-Surveillance System Management using AXIS Technologies.-Network Management using Cisco Meraki Technologies.-Daily documentation with Air Table Technologies.-My current position requires me the daily use of my skill set.

As Lead Facilities and Lab Assistant I was responsible to manage the team that keeps the branch campus running in Optimal conditions for everyone, starting from cleanliness with the Janitorial crew; to ensure that our students receive all what they need since their program start, special events in between, till their Graduation, with the Logistics team. I was also part of the Service Desk team who's goal is to keep the school fully operative on its communications and computing technologies.

As the main Facilities and Lab Assistant/IT Associate in the branch I was responsible for all Service Desk needs to be solved. I was also responsible to keep the building in Optimal conditions for everyone.
