• Provide creative direction of visual design including, but not limited to Thumbnails, Channel Banners, Social Images, and other visuals for digital distribution.• Provide consultative feedback and recommend best practices regarding visual design with others on the CDS team.• Prepare on-the-job training to direct reports and junior team members. • Provide consultative insight and support in recruitment efforts for editors, designers, and consultants• Liaise with consultants contracted from your region, ensuring coverage and completion of assignments in a timely fashion.
