CurrentI am a member of the executive team, reporting directly to the President and managing four direct reports, a seven-figure budget, four production system vendor groups, and all vendor contracts. The first three years of my tenure were transformational; we replaced all antiquated hardware, software, and networking systems and modernized the infrastructure and network design to support 25 physical sites and 600 users across six states. I migrated legacy email and ERP systems to best-in-class and implemented KPI dashboards to help our newly-invested executive management team to make data driven decisions.• Standardized procurement procedures leading to substantial savings from efficiency and software compliance. Sourced and procured fleet-wide GPS, Wi-Fi, and on-board security for 200 vehicles.• Designed and implemented Disaster Recovery Plan with off-site replication for critical company systems.• Introduced cost-saving legacy software support• Implemented new cost-saving telecom solution, including cellular backup redundancy for all sites; centralized sales/customer service functions and reduced FTE headcount.• Established technology components as “Best Value” for RFP acquisitions, leading to multimillion-dollar awards in RFP contracts over 10 years.• Upgraded to an e-ticketing solution; included website functionality and a custom scanning solution for 400 drivers, virtually eliminating ticket fraud while driving seven-figure revenue gains the first year.• Boosted efficiency with real-time scheduling capabilities, saving thousands per year on each schedule.• Eliminated downtime related to poor network performance, including one high-traffic location when off-site replication provided an RTO of two hours for a telecom outage that took one month to fix.
