Founder of an innovative youth-led startup in the League of Innovations Labs national virtual accelerator program. League of Innovators (LOI) is a national Canadian charity with a goal of building entrepreneurial acumen for youth, at scale. LOI provides a suite of accessible programs, resources and tools to provide young innovators with educational experiences that shorten their path to success, empower their personal and professional development, and amplify their impact as future leaders and entrepreneurs.

-Own execution a robust member acquisition strategy that allows BPTN to drive and measure growth, member awareness, engagement , satisfaction, retention and referral-Grow membership via targeted marketing activity to Black professionals and students across North America-Work closely with BPTN members to understand persona, journey, needs and expectations-Lead member growth execution across the BPTN by collaborating with Marketing to identify channels, and tactics that will drive new members to the network-Work with our marketing team to test and learn from different member acquisition tactics with an emphasis on iteration and leveraging promising tactics to drive larger growth-Work closely with the larger CX team, Marketing, Product and Engineering on member pilots, new feature launches and other projects to make BPTN the brand of choice for Black professionals - Strategically upgrade the customers' experience from usable to easy to enjoyable- Collaborate cross functionally to develop KPIs to measure all areas of the member experienceContribute to the development of the membership growth strategy to enable BPTN to hit its membership targets -Be the voice of the member and advocate for them across our technology, marketing, and sales teams
