Local wellness store with a twistThe Boho Store makes epic (mostly vegan) body care products, sells responsibly sourced crystals from around the world, stocks handmade crafts from local producers, and develops all sorts of fantastic products for around the home.I teamed up with Jess Elliot to take Boho Body Care Limited to the next level over the course of the 2021-22 financial year. Key achievements:- 500%+ growth in sales.- Rebranded to The Boho Store.- Upgraded our digital presence (www.boho.nz).- Set up the backend tech stack for success (ecommerce, email, accounting, payments etc.)- Established a consistent stream of online sales through Facebook ads. - Opened a physical retail shop in Piccadilly Arcade, Tauranga Central. - Set up a partner programme to empower local makers to succeed by providing the opportunity to rent space within the store.www.boho.nz
