Upcoming Event Extraordinaire with a passion for all things events and absolutely loving working within the industry among such amazing people!Coming into the industry with five years experience working security including working at various events across Perth such as; school balls, business conferences, small community events and large scale arts events. As well as one year of Venue Managing experience at events across several casual positions.This has given me valuable experience in leading a team of 10+ staff and I am confident in taking charge of situations at work and resolving issues. However I am not satisfied with this, I want to keep getting better, expanding my skills to ultimately advance my career. I am highly driven, always looking for ways that I can improve and constantly seeking feedback I can build off of from my colleagues and employers.I always give it my all whilst at work to ensure that our events are not just an enjoyable experience for guests, but also my team and myself because I have found what I truly enjoy doing in life.
