Started off as a HGV apprentice at Keltruck Scania achieving my NVQ level 2 in HGV Mechanics. I’ve been in the trucking industry since leaving school in 2010. From being on the workshop floor to working in service administrative roles and communicating with customers at the forefront of businesses. I have also had short stints in the agricultural side of business working on JCBs from all aspects as a technician working on new and used equipment to then working on farm trailers and becoming a fitter and building and equipping farm spec trailers. Since being in these roles I have lead myself to being in customer service and admin roles for both multi franchise vehicle hire fleets to main dealer workshops. Communication and dedication is both key in all aspects of working life.
