Positioned within the Leisure, Food & Beverage, I will be assisting and servicing Newmark’s clients needs, helping them secure their strategic occupancy goals.

Seasonal Caddie at NBGC meant working several rounds a week, mixing with visitor golfers and managing my style of instruction dependent on my clients personality.

My role as Secretary for the EUGC includes organising the fundamental ongoings of our club by planning matches, events and tournaments throughout the academic year 2023/24.

Working as a Senior Analyst as part of 2 project groups. Firstly, I’m working in the acquisition of finance team hoping to fund Prospers future projects and Secondly, I’m working with PSF Insights Blog to bring relevant ESG content to our followers.

Starting me 8 week training course learning the fundamentals of Financial analysis specifically focusing on the ESG space. This immersive program is developing my analytical skills as well as my collaboration and presentation skills as we are working towards a end of course stock pitch to the investment panel of the Prosper.

During my enriching 4-week internship at Newmark Retail Europe & EMEA (formerly Harper Dennis Hobbs), I had the privilege of immersing myself in diverse functional groups within this esteemed commercial property firm. With a specialization in retail occupancy, the firm predominantly represents tenants, skillfully negotiating and facilitating lease agreements across Europe on behalf of numerous high-profile clients. My role involved collaborating with renowned international brands, actively contributing to their retail strategies. This experience was particularly enlightening as it allowed me to provide invaluable expertise regarding regional demand dynamics, enhancing my comprehension of the services offered by the company.

I have undertaken the C&W internship with the Capital Markets team in Edinburgh. Learning about the real investment industry as well as working alongside other functional groups has grown my understanding of the sector as a whole.

Working both as a waiter and behind the bar was a great insight into the hospitality industry. The dynamic, fast paced environment developed my skills of focussing on tasks at hand, attentiveness to customers within the restaurant and interpersonal skills with other members of my team.

Work during the pandemic in Morrisons Plc. At this time of great stress and panic for the country, I had to keep customers at ease by adhereing to Government guidance and regulation as well as interact in a respectful manner with customers.
