-Conversing with the head stewards to ensure timings are all met in accordance to procedure and running through important information e.g estimated fan figures, health and safety, threats, SOPs-Making sure all appropriate health and safety paperwork is completed and logged correctly - Corresponding with fire marshals to make sure they are happy before opening.- Ensuring any anti-social behaviour is dealt with in a strict but reasonable manner via head stewards and policing units. - Customer/Fan interaction- Customer/Fan complaints and queries- Ensuring Staff are briefed on key times, roles, responsibilities, answering any of their questions and concerns.- Delegating tasks to staff to make sure matchdays run as smoothly and effectively as possible- Ensuring staff are happy, content, comfortable and reassured as the away end can be a challenging role. - Ensuring staff are fully qualified.- Answering staff questions- Assisting staff- Health and Safety checks- Challenge 21 checks - Temperature checks on food in kiosks - Make sure at the end of a matchday the stand is left how it was found initially.
