My extensive background spans various companies, assets and departments where I have worked amongst teams whose prime responsibilities are to enhance reliability and maximise uptime. Throughout my career I have developed a strong proficiency in predictive and preventative maintenance strategies, utilising analytical techniques and industry best practices. I possess such skills as troubleshooting, root cause analysis and 5-why’s along with project management enabling me to drive continuous improvement initiatives that align with organisational goals. I take pride in my ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. My hands on experience In SAP PM, Pi vision and process book, maximo, lean six sigma and a number of others has equipped me with the skills necessary to tackle complex challenges and implement solutions that enhance operational reliability. I am passionate about staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and I continuously seek opportunities for professional development.
