I surround myself with the strongest individuals and maintain connections that benefit my goals and aspirations.My career stems from finding my passion within Civil Engineering and utilities in Hampshire County Council. My experience ranges from back-office administrative tasks handling traffic regulation orders & abnormal loads to advancing into a streetworks inspector, carrying out duties to maintain the public highway in accordance with numerous acts and legislations to uphold the leading standards of the Council.As I was taught new skills and abilities, I drastically developed my understanding of the industry and knew the next progression within my career was to get closer to the ground. My connections in the local council only got me so far, and grasping client specifications and newly founded management authority was a sharp learning curve that taught me that I was approaching a pivotal point in my life. I'm now going on two years as a Civils Supervisor, adapting, overcoming, and improving every action I make.Not only am I passionate about my career, but I'm actively designing and redeveloping the way the industry looks at surveying for clients in future prospects. I'll be providing additional depth into local authority knowledge, blended with PIA and overhead capabilities, to produce the most accurate margin of deadlines possible, while also being a cost-effective method to reducing civils on a build and reducing costs overall.
