This is a role that I worked towards, my initial starting point was as a volunteer assisting the sports coaches.Since progressing and achieve my referees qualification, along with my level 1 coaching qualification, I now take up the role as the head sports coordinator.This involves;- Planning the day to day schedule - Planning and Organising of external events- Generating new initiatives: Created additional sports camps- Allowing inclusion to all children- Aiding participation and child development through sport- Ensuring a positive environment for workers and participants - Strong communication and organisational skills were needed to fulfil tasks effectively - Maintaining and updating the company website and media streams

- Developed and executed a campaign to drive an increase in season ticket sales for U18’s in the local community.- Conducted brand review of city centre HTAFC packhorse store and presented findings and proposals to key stakeholders. - Supported the marketing for the home and away kit launch, new signings, fixture release and major corporate events. - Negotiated with external clients discussing advertising opportunities for upcoming events.- Worked closely with the Partnership manager, to create original activation initiatives to present to potential and existing partners.- Conducted photography and writing a press release for new and existing club partners and sponsors.- Involved in match day experiences; including photography, player/manager interviews, corporate hospitality and operations.- Purposefully organised Twitter and Facebook posts for a two week schedule.- Conducted interviews with Staff and Players for HTTV and Social Media Streams- Worked closely with businesses in the local community to develop advertising and marketing opportunities+ During my time at the club;- Record attendance for a friendly fixture- Record attendance for a league fixture- Record season ticket sales

This role included working within the shop floor and the replenishment areas of the organisation.The shop floor role allowed me to engage with customers, this improved my customers service whilst fulfilling there needs by providing the best 'customer experience' possible. Ensuring they were satisfied along with prompting of sales across all home and DIY products.The replenishment department improved my teamwork skills whilst also helping to train new employees on the job. Working within stock control enhanced my ability to access which areas needed replenishing in the store, along with the ability to work within a set time scale.
